About
We're students ourselves. StudiPace isn't a repackaged calendar — it's a scheduling engine that decides when and how much to study, and re-adapts the moment life doesn't cooperate.
Two years ago, a friend and I were staring down our GCSEs with a "revision plan" someone had handed us: an Excel sheet blocking out 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., no breaks, no flexibility, and entirely on us to actually follow. It fell apart in a day — because that's what rigid plans do. Ask a friend for help with the dishes, get pulled into a family errand, sleep badly one night, and the whole schedule collapses. You're then stuck rebuilding it by hand, burning time you could've spent studying or resting. And that's assuming you even know how to study efficiently in the first place — most of the students around us didn't. We realized the problem was never really about content. It was about pace: when to study, how much, and how to adapt without starting over.
Turning that idea into something real took two years — including a year we spent just living with the problem before building anything. What we built is a penalty-based scheduling engine that scores every possible study slot across day, subject, timing, and spacing, and continuously re-optimizes as life happens — so one disrupted afternoon doesn't wreck your week. It's still early, and more features are coming. But the mission hasn't changed: help high school and university students not just with what they study, but with when and how — the pace that makes studying actually work. We're building the tool two students wished someone had built for them.
Founder & Developer
Started StudiPace with a friend during GCSE exam prep, after being handed a rigid study plan that fell apart within a day. Spent the next two years building the penalty-based engine that powers StudiPace today — because students shouldn't have to choose between planning their studies and actually doing them.
Every feature is grounded in peer-reviewed cognitive science research. We don't guess — we implement what's proven.
Students shouldn't spend time planning how to study. The algorithm handles scheduling so you can focus on learning.
The core engine is free. We believe every student deserves science-backed study tools, regardless of budget.
The best way to understand StudiPace is to use it.
